Care Guide

Post-Laser Care

Look after your skin in the days after treatment for the safest, best possible results.

Aftercare & Things To Keep In Mind

After your appointment

Essential

Sun protection is essential

Avoid sun exposure and sunbeds on the treated area, and use a high-factor SPF daily to protect your skin.

Expected

Temporary side effects

Redness, swelling or mild discomfort is normal and usually settles within a few hours to a few days.

Good to know

Avoid heat & friction for 24–48 hours

Steer clear of hot showers, saunas, swimming pools and strenuous exercise for a day or two after treatment.

Good to know

Multiple sessions needed

Hair grows in cycles, so most clients require 6–10 sessions for the best long-term results. Results vary by skin tone, hair colour and treatment area.

Best results

Be consistent

Attend all recommended sessions and follow your therapist’s schedule for the most effective, long-lasting reduction.

Rare

Rare side effects

Changes in skin pigmentation or blistering are rare but possible. Contact us straight away if you notice anything unusual.

Please note: this is general guidance. Your therapist will give you full, personalised aftercare instructions after every session, and is always on hand if you have any concerns.
